No, technically a bidder does not need to be pre-approved before going to auction, but it does depend on the auction, however we strongly recommend contacting us early the process. SWE Lending pre-approves bidders before auction day so you arrive as a verified, financially ready buyer. Pre-approval also gives you a clear budget, so you can bid with confidence and without surprises.
